SAVAGE BEE-CHES started with a simple belief: honey should taste like somewhere. Not like a supermarket shelf. Founder Kemi Pavlocak began with her own hives in Ramona and Ranchita , learning that each bloom, each elevation, each season produces something entirely distinct.
Today, San Diego's only dedicated honey boutique carries 25+ raw varietals, hosts guided tastings, and supplies cafes, hotels, and gift programs across Southern California, all from a boutique in Old Town that punches well above its weight.
