We’re thrilled to unveil the latest addition to our Rare and Unique Collection at SAVAGE BEE-CHES® — the Golden State Series. This series is a celebration of California's unparalleled impact on agriculture, especially highlighting the diverse bounty of the Central Valley.

Our journey led us to Ben, a fellow U.S. Navy veteran and a stalwart in the beekeeping community. Ben's expertise in commercial pollination opens up a world of exceptional honey varieties, sourced directly from the flourishing farms of the Central Valley. Known as America’s agricultural heartland, this region is vital to feeding the nation, and bees play an indispensable role in this process.

The Golden State Series aims to spotlight the critical connection between bees and California’s vast agricultural output. Through Ben's extensive network, we've secured access to a plethora of unique honey varieties, each capturing the essence of the Valley's rich flora.

Current Offerings:

• Cherry Blossom Honey: True to its source, this variety mirrors the delicate flavor of cherry blossoms.
• Pomegranate Honey: A delightful surprise in both aroma and taste, it’s a must-try for its distinctive flavor.
• Pumpkin Spice Infused Honey: Initially hesitant to join the pumpkin spice trend, this blend crafted by Ben himself won us over with its exquisite taste. Look out for my upcoming recipe for an apple pie using this honey as the sole sweetener — it’s sinfully delicious!
• Almond Pollen: A rare find that offers a glimpse into the sweet essence of almond blossoms.

We are currently navigating some challenges with packaging due to a glass shortage and labor issues, and we appreciate your patience. We expect these hurdles to clear up soon, and in the meantime, we are excited to get these select varieties to you for the holiday season.
