Hey Sugar, a top dessert shop in San Diego, specializes in southern-style cakes and treats and is owned by fellow Navy veteran Ch An Buie. Our collaboration began with Hey Sugar experimenting with our various honey types, ultimately choosing meadowfoam for its natural marshmallow-like flavor. The result is the S'more Meadowfoam Honey Cake: a rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, toasted marshmallow, and a drizzle of meadowfoam honey, all packaged in Hey Sugar's signature personal-sized jars.
